Summer Breeze is second-row on a high lot, with great ocean views from all upper windows and the spacious upper decks.  Each unit offers 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.  Each upper unit has one King bedroom, one Queen bedroom, and one bedroom with a Double and a Twin bed, sleeping 7.  The lower unit, lovingly referred to as "The Bungalow," has one King bedroom and two Queen bedrooms, sleeping 7.  The Bungalow offers peeks of the ocean, a shaded sitting area and picnic table, and best of all, no stairs to climb!  All units have Spectrum high-speed internet and TV, a fully-appointed kitchen, and spacious sitting and dining areas

Each unit is permitted 2 vehicles maximum
